Workspace roles and permissions are on a per workspace basis. Your organisation in Hivelight can have more than one workspace. Each workspace has matters and is private to the people who are invited to it. Users can have different workspace roles and matter roles in each workspace.
To change the workspace role or matter role of a user you will need to have the workspace role of admin or owner in that workspace yourself. You need this to be able to access the workspace settings.
Click on the settings icon in the left hand menu (⚙️).
Click on 'Users'.
Click on the user whose roles you want to change.
Use the drop down menus to change their workspace or matter role.
Click on 'Save' when you are done.
