Editing the organization settings in Hivelight allows you to:
Make other people an organization owner;
Change the logo and icon that are applied to roadmaps that you create;
Change the website URL that is shown on roadmaps that you create;
Change the address details for your organisation
Importantly, you need to be an organization owner to create additional workspaces.
You will need to be an organization owner to have access to these settings. The person who originally created the Hivelight account that you use will by default have this access.
Click on your icon in the top right of the screen in Hivelight.
Click on 'Manage organization' (you won't see this if you don't have access).
Click on 'Organization' to edit:
Organisation Name
Website
Logo
Icon
Address
Click on 'Users' to see all the users in the organisation. Use the 'Remove from owners' and 'Add to owners' buttons to grant or revoke people from the permission level of 'organization owner'.
