In Hivelight, each matter has a team ('matter team') assigned to it.
You can make changes to the team that is working on a matter, or make changes to the roles that those users have on the matter.
You can also make those changes either to an individual matter, or make those changes in bulk to multiple matters simultaneously.
To edit the matter team on an individual matter, open a matter and click on 'manage team' in the top right hand corner. You'll see all the users who are on that matter team and the matter team roles they are assigned to.
To add a user to a role, or remove them from it, for multiple matters, go to the Matter List. Click on the check box next to each matter that you want to make this change to. You'll see the 'update roles' button appear at the top of the Matter List.
Click on 'update roles'.
Select the matter team role to update.
Select the user you want to add or remove from this role.
Click on the action you want to perform:
Add this user to the existing users for this role
Replace existing users for this role with this user
Remove this user from this role
and click on 'Update'.
