Quick access to client goals and case resources (Resources & Insights feature)

TL:DR:

  • Use the 'Resources & Insights' feature for quick access to client goals and matter resources.

  • Click on 'Resources & Insights'. Type in the goals for the matter, and add links to apps, sites, folders and files that you need to regularly access to work on the matter.

  • Pro tip: Create a task list workflow with dynamic links to the matter in your other apps (e.g. the document or billing folders in ActionStep or Clio).

What makes clients happy?

1️⃣ A well-managed case that delivers the results within the time they were needed without the bill shock.

2️⃣ Good communication, so they know what is happening and what to expect.

3️⃣ When you retain focus on the client's goals and concerns, when running the matter and communicating with the client.

The Resources & Insights feature is one-click away no matter where you are in the matter.

It provides a quick-access place to:

1️⃣ Note down the client's goals and concerns (the 'Insights')

2️⃣ Quick access links to the various apps, files, folders and sites you need to complete the matter (the 'Resources')

This means more centralised management of the case, better communication with clients, and an easier time when making those tough evaluative judgments on the matter.
